We around 40-50 people including kids and adults visited this place at X'mas eve. Out of 18 rooms we occupied 15 rooms and had a very nice time. Hotel was boarding to natural rever/stream and the experience gathered at the stream was exceptional. All of us had a natural bath at the stream and water was very clear and fresh. Rooms are very clear and staff is very supportive. Extra services was arranged to support the requirement of males for their boozing ha ha.. . Value for money was at great level as total cost was subsided at great level with the credit card offers. Meals at Xmas eve was fabulous however following breakfast and lunch was at average level. that was only thing to complain.

We spent 3x nights at Okwin, and had an amazing time. The hotel is nestled in a quiet (and stunning) valley alongside a river, and makes for the perfect base to explore everything the area has to offer. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was excellent. The staff at Okwin constantly went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect - even outside the resort, taking us on a private tour of the surrounding waterfalls, tea fields and villages. We couldn't have dreamed of a better experience, and will recommend Okwin to anyone who'll listen.

Okwin resort, Nawalapitiya is one of the best resorts in Srilanka we have come across during our short 2 days stay. This resort has lots of bio diversity wherein you could enjoy your stay with true mother nature. Hotel has a unique structure likewise beautiful large rooms with all aminities, swimming pool next to a beautiful natural waterfall. Staff are very helpful, friendly and ensure your stay is a memorable one. We would like to thank the Resident Manager for his kind and hospitable approach with guests including Executive chef and his team for very attentative service and not to miss housekeeping and reception staff for their support etc. Thanks a lot!

Stayed there two times for one night, were the only guests. Nice and clean rooms, surrounding superbe, Braekfast and dinner very good. Friendly service. Hideaway with calm nights in fresh air!

Very clean. Very secluded (took a while to get there and find it so check map in advance). Great breakfast. Nice swimming pool. We liked ground floor rooms with open deck. Bring your own wine. Restaurant service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and à la carte curry dinner was to die for !
